DNV Capital, is an international venture capital firm focusing on the investments in healthcare and innovative technology industry.

DNV Capital concentrates on venture capital investment in start-up period and growth period, the directions of investment cover: medical treatment and health industry (including technology-leading pharmaceutic preparations, biological products, medical equipment and medical facilities; market-leading medical care providers, tele-medicine and health management) and innovative technology industry (including artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things, high-end robot, 3D printing, sensor and cloud computing).

Kevin Lin

Managing Partner

Mr. Lin owns an EMBA Degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), a Master Degree in Finance from Lancaster University and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Renmin University of China.

Before founding DNV Capital, Mr. Lin was the partner of CDF Capital. Previously, he served in CDH investments and was responsible for the VC business in South China. While working for ZTE investment department, he was in charge of multiple investment projects in Asia, Africa and North America.

Mr. Lin has 20 years of rich experience in financial and strategic investment areas. He has led investment in a series of projects in the Healthcare, Innovative Technology and TMT, including Poly Pharm （300630.SZ） , Vessix Vascular Inc., Venus Medtech (2500.HK), Broncus(2216.HK), Sorrento (SRNE. NASDAQ), Geneseeq, CANbridgepharma(1228.HK), Yingliu Electromechanical (603308.SH) , Bethel Auto Safety (603596.SH) and APT Electronics（836789.SZ).

Partner

Mr. Sun owns an EMBA Degree from Sun Yat-sen University.

Prior to joining DNV Capital, Mr. SUN served as the Managing Director and Member of Investment Committee of KCH Capital. Before that, he served in Ping An Insurance.

Mr. Sun has 20 years rich experience in wealth management and PE/VC investment. He has led PE funds with a total scale of more than RMB 2 billion, including government funds, industrial investment fund cooperative with listed company. Mr. SUN has led investment in a series of projects, including Breo (688793.SH), YHLO Biotech (688575.SH), Guizhou Sanli Pharmaceutica (603439.SH) andBin hui-Bio, Aurora Optoelectronics(600666.SH), AAC OPTICS, RoboSense, MINIEYE.

Frank Wang

Partner

Mr. Wang has more than 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity and TMT operations.
Prior to joining DNV Capital, Mr. Wang worked at Morgan Creek Capital as Managing Director to manage PE/VC funds and co-investment programs in Asia. He started his investment career in CDH Investments and subsequently joined KPCB China. Prior to investing, Mr. Wang was a senior manager at PayPal, overseeing China products and Principal PM at Oracle’s Server Technology group.
Mr. Wang holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School, a M.S. from College of William and Mary, and a B.S. from Randolph-Macon College.

Mr. Yang has experience of more than 15 years in financial area and is especially experienced in equity investments, M&A and market value management and has established extensive network.
Before founding TiD Investments, Mr. Yang served in RICHLINK Capital，China Galaxy Securities and Nanshan Group, where he had initiated several equity funds with total investments of over 3 billion RMB.
Mr. Yang holds a Master in Economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
